The project is described as the first and largest rooftop solar PPA developed under Decree 57’s DPPA framework via a private-wire arrangement.
The article says TotalEnergies ENEOS financed, designed, installed, and will continue to operate and maintain the system under a 20-year PPA. The installation includes nearly 45,000 solar modules and is expected to generate more than 40,000 MWh of clean electricity each year, meeting about 26% of the facility’s annual electricity demand.
