The project is part of the company’s renewable-energy push and sustainability strategy. In practical terms, the signal is straightforward: more Vietnamese industrial rooftops are being treated as active power assets, not just unused roof area.
For SMARTGEN’s household PV lens, the relevance is the same logic at smaller scale. Rooftop PV creates the most value when electricity is consumed where and when it is generated. That is why the bill, the daytime load profile, and the roof condition still matter more than the headline size of the system.
